Toaday We are looking for how to cancel pending payment in phonepe. For that first take a look how was payments works.after the entering upi pin transection request goes to they bank server but when your payment stuck or goes to they pending in that situation only thing we can do is wait for sucess/failed massage because it is bank level transactions.
Thats why we have to wait for it to complete usually it takes 1-2 days to refund but maximum 7 days after failed transaction.
